Responsibilities:
1, collection and sorting agents, export agents and shipping, advantage routes, etc;
2, familiar with international trade documents, customs declaration, write-off and other operational processes. Assist the salesman to make telephone calls and make quotations;
3. Assist the salesman in the follow-up of import and export orders, documents, logistics and various contents involved in the documentary process, as well as the preparation of forms and written materials;
4, responsible for collecting, sorting and feedback customer information, establish customer files, etc. Careful, careful and prudent work;
5, responsible for the company's English website update, information reply, and other English materials translation;
6, with processing trade customs declaration experience, familiar with the customs declaration business process.
