河北省钢铁行业9月份PMI回落

2017年10月1日河北省冶金行业协会发布的2017年9月份河北省钢铁行业PMI为51.1%，环比下降4.8%，连续5个月站于荣枯线之上。9月份的新订单指数为49.9%，环比下降17.5%。随着钢价高位盘整，业内恐高情绪蔓延致使新订单需求下降。 最新公布的国内宏观数据显示，前三季度国内经济保持平稳运行，四季度经济总体将继续延续。9月份新出口订单指数为44.3%，环比上升4.3%。由于阶段性涨幅过

最新公布的国内宏观数据显示，前三季度国内经济保持平稳运行，四季度经济总体将继续延续。9月份新出口订单指数为44.3%，环比上升4.3%。由于阶段性涨幅过高，钢市利空凸显，价格较大幅度向下调整为出口提供条件，新出口订单得到一定提升，但指数仍处于荣枯线下，暂无明显扩张迹象。9月份的产出指数为53.8%，环比下降0.2%。
河北地区品种轧线开工率环比8月有稳有降，其中螺纹、热卷产能利用率波动不大，型材受煤改气影响，产能利用率大幅下降。9月份成品材库存指数为46.0%，环比上升14.8%，钢价回调使得钢厂库存小幅上升，鉴于厂库增幅不大，市场暂无过分担忧。9月份的原材料库存指数为49.2%，环比上升3.2%，钢厂原料库存继续下降。
9月份国内钢材价格冲高回落，原料价格随之震荡下行，钢铁企业成本有所下降，效益依旧处于高位。
9月份国内市场对环保政策的解读发生转变，“供需双限”达成共识，使得市场预期受到一定影响，利空下钢价得到合理回调，相应高风险亦得到较大释放。展望10月份，北方部分地区钢厂限产在即，在限产效应下，供需两端都受到一定限制，预计钢材市场整体的供需紧平衡状态将继续保持。
