2016年6月15日，经过近4个月的反复考察论证，我公司成功购进节能型钢管热处理炉并顺利投产。这不仅标志我们深入开拓国际市场的各项准备工作已进入实战阶段，更预示着我们在管线管和三高管的热处理深加工技术方面又上了一个新的台阶。
在钢铁行业持续低迷的今天，我公司积极进行加工设备的更新换代，大刀阔斧开拓国际市场，以质量引导销售，高标准、高要求与国际接轨，无论是产品质量或是内部产品质量体系运行，均严格执行美国API标准相关要求，最大限度满足高端客户需求。
此次引进的全纤维台车式电阻炉是国家标准节能型周期式作业炉，超节能结构，年正火产能约3000T，采用复合式高铝瓷钉组，自动密封台车和炉门，一体化连轨。炉衬采用全纤维结构，相对砖式炉膛节能20%，采用优质长纤维刺毯为原料，根据炉膛大小使用专用设备制成大板块的规格，并在加工过程中保有一定的压缩量，以保证模块在砌筑完毕后，每块陶瓷纤维块在不同方向膨胀，使模块之间互挤成无间隙的整体，达到完好蓄热效果。热处理炉采用计算机五区控制炉温，大功率可控硅模块主控，全程监控升降温曲线，确保控温精度，整体技术装备水平国际领先。
热处理炉的投产使用可对各种特殊钢管材进行正火、退火、回火等热处理加工。亦可随时根据客户的需要，通过技术升级改造，进行调质热处理，对高合金钢管、高钢级钢管实现淬火加回火热处理工艺，以及热处理钢管质量都将会得到全面提升，助力公司产品全方位转型升级。
