随后大会通过了《选举办法》、总监票人和计票人建议名单，宣布候选人名单，介绍候选人情况，以直选的方式，采用无记名投票、差额选举的办法，顺利完成了换届选举工作。
新当选的支部成员纷纷表示，面对企业发展的新形势，新机遇，不仅要加强自身的学习和模范引领作用，更要切实做好党组织引领与企业发展之间的纽带，加强员工凝聚力，使文明和谐、爱岗敬业、诚信友善的价值观念深入人心，从而深入推进企业更加快速发展。
