此次交流会共分为两个部分：1、上午公司全体会议，进行津、沈两地指导思想和具体工作的总体布局。2、下午各部门会议，就日常工作和沟通中出现的具体问题进行部门内部细化解决。通过此次会议各部门沟通都收到了非常好的效果，平时一些业务沟通中出现的误解和不理解，瞬间消失，让大家变得更亲近，为今后更好的开展工作打下了良好的基础。对于日常的一些具体工作，也都形成了共识，面对共同的问题，面对面互相研究，互相鼓励，取长补短，增强信心，相信未来的津、沈沟通，协同发展一定会越来越顺畅。
